There is one King size bed and two twin beds. One week min. Booking from Saturday to Saturday is preferred but not absolute. One week Minimum.

There is a $200 Refundable Security Deposit Required.

Feb. Booked, March Booked. April open from the 18th to May. If you contact us for a booking and we are full, we will issue you a VOUCHER number for a $25 discount the next time you book. Or you may pass it along to a friend.

A Nice Letter From A Past Guest
I want to thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo the week of March 14th. We blindly found you online and thank heavens we did. We could not have chosen a better location or a cleaner more convenient place to stay. You must have been renting for quite some time because there seemed to be nothing you hadn't thought of in terms of linens, kitchen utensils and entertainment (our children were thrilled you had games there). We truly enjoyed our week in Sarasota. And although the days previous that we spent at Disney were a huge thrill for our children, they were perhaps more impressed with having a tv in their bedroom at your place (something they don't have at home). And they were so excited that you left them oranges from a 'real orange tree' that they saved them to bring back home and show their friends! Ah, the little things in life.

Thanks again for everything! We will be telling all our travelling Canadian friends how to find you in the future.
