There is one King size bed and two twin beds. One week min. Booking from Saturday to Saturday is preferred but not absolute.

No Cleaning Fee. There is however,an 11.5% Tax (No Tax for 6 months or longer). Multiple week guest need not book Sat.to Sat. Multiple week discounts 4 weeks or more 5% discount.
There is a $200 Refundable Security Deposit Required.

Rates are based on Four (4) Persons in a Two Bedroom Unit.
Must be 21 years old to rent a unit without a parent or responsible adult present.

A Nice Letter From A Past Guest
I want to thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo the week of March 14th. We blindly found you online and thank heavens we did. We could not have chosen a better location or a cleaner more convenient place to stay. You must have been renting for quite some time because there seemed to be nothing you hadn't thought of in terms of linens, kitchen utensils and entertainment (our children were thrilled you had games there). We truly enjoyed our week in Sarasota. And although the days previous that we spent at Disney were a huge thrill for our children, they were perhaps more impressed with having a tv in their bedroom at your place (something they don't have at home). And they were so excited that you left them oranges from a 'real orange tree' that they saved them to bring back home and show their friends! Ah, the little things in life.
