Welcome to the Gulf Coast and thank you for your visit to our web site. Our vacation unit has two bedrooms and one bath. The condo is located on Siesta Key in the town of Sarasota Florida. Our unit "216" overlooks the pool and has views of the white sands of Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The Sunsets are just the best. It's truely a great vacation resort location. Great and easy access to the beach.

Furnished
Our Siesta Key Condo comes completely furnished including a complete kitchen TV's, Phones, central air and heat, cieling fans and rolldown hurricane shutter (never used).

Flooring

The two bedrooms have broadloom. The bath is tiled and the Kitchen, Dinnett & Living room have spainish tile. You will see it on the photo page.

Siesta Key is a great place to live with many things to do on Siesta Key, Siesta Beach or on the mainland which can be reached by the North Bridge or the South Bridge.
Our condo does very well as a renting unit with on site manages to assit you or handle the renting for you.
